Project Team

SJA, Inc. project management approach is designed to enhance the coordination of program scheduling and cost control by stressing positive communication among all involved parties. This concept evolves from our practical experience on previous projects.

Our goal is to create conditions and a team atmosphere which will support and encourage a prompt, appropriate and functional planning and design process. We have had great success utilizing this team approach with the client participating as a key team member.

Our approach is characterized by:

  • Inclusion of all directly concerned parties in the planning process.
  • Utilization of open communication and strategic meetings to review previous and ongoing work, and to schedule upcoming task assignments.
  • Continuous monitoring of intermediate and overall objectives, projected completion dates, and budgetary limitations, as well as the channeling of all communication through the project manager.
