2011 Associated Builders and Contractors – Pyramid Award – Institutional

• Human Resource Services Center Southwest at MCAS Miramar with Straub Construction.
  This 72,839 s.f. two-story Class “A” administrative facility at MCAS Miramar is designed to support over 250 human resource personnel and 70 visitors.  The design team faced unique challenges meeting military protocols and specifications, LEED certification, and preservation of wetlands.  This is the first LEED Platinum facility at MCAS Miramar.
